Anti-vax is now the mainstream GOP position.
They’re starting with COVID jabs because they’re new. And media has been willing to carve out an exception for skeptics of the COVID jabs as though they’re not anti-vaxxers.
But they are and they’re coming after all vaccines.

Marin County in California is investigating a possible H5N1 bird flu case in a child.
The county is working with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the CDC to determine how the child may have been exposed.
Trump's plans to eviscerate public health, epitomized in the nominations of Bhattacharya & RFK Jr, will provoke enormous opposition. This must be developed into a conscious struggle for socialist public health, uniting workers & principled scientists globally.

Another way of framing it:
Bhattacharya and his Great Barrington Declaration co-authors were providing scientific cover for an economic agenda supported by right-wing business interests.
They wanted mass infection of the population to keep the economy rolling. They never cared about the elderly.
Ashish Jha was selected by Biden to be the “Covid Response Coordinator” precisely because he supported the pro-corporate GBD policy of mass infection. It’s no coincidence that he’s now endorsing Trump’s ghouls.
