The Tethered are a faction that are modifying their bodies directly with precursor artifacts. This reveal led to my favorite line of the night from The Trader:

So much of my frustration right now is from other people's priorities utterly misaligned to my own.
Something hyper-critical? My contact is on a permanent siesta.
