last night i had a dream where i was playing a race against cpus in kirby air riders and won, but there was a mechanic where one of the cpus could be randomly revealed to have died in the middle of the race and it would automatically give them first place

One of Vanillaware's co-founders (Takehiro Shiga) drew this cool illustration depicting the structure of Chunsoft's most famous sound novels. This was posted around the time 13 Sentinels was entering production, so the devs may have been studying these sound novels while conceptualizing the game.

been playing the wii version of mysims (it’s on steam now) and as somebody who only ever played the ds version it’s an interesting look back on the times when you could ship two different games on different consoles with the exact same name
