I was trying to do a grey-goth-girl contour instead of a bronze-normal-girl contour but I don't own any grey contour so I tried to mix an eyeshadow with my foundation. But each side came out really uneven due to bad mixing and it was a whole thing.
In the end I don't think you can even see it 🥲

The lip cuff is c*nt [complimentary] but impossible to eat or drink with, and I broke the belt chain the next day. But otherwise, I was happy with how it came together 🙂
It's like, I'm already wearing make-up. How fake do I need to be for the internet?
Main difference in make-up is in general, mini paints have similar consistencies and quality.
Make-up? No this foundation is going to crack & pill up if you look at it. This eyeshadow just doesn't work 🙃 etc.

The photos could be nicer, but I always feel a bit icky about editing photos to make me look better. For example to make it look like I remembered to blend my foundation into my neck 😅
It was a very nice wedding where uncles got very, very drunk and a intergenerational limbo-competition went on for an impressively long time and everyone was very invested in it.

I have made my decision for next years viewing: The Shadow (1994)
I already look forward to bumming everyone out with more grieving weirdness & talking about a freaky little dagger that bites people (most of what I remember) when I suppose you should be worried about the stabbing bit of the dagger.
I'm grateful for what I have & grieve what I missed

We were so grateful for comic book movies back in the day. One of the things that makes me saddest is that I never got to argue their artistic merits as they overrun cinemas, or the new Star Wars movies with my dad.
Never got to go to midnight showings, or have a few drinks and raise our voices.
Ok so got to the end, and honestly WAAAAAYYYY less folksy racism than I was expecting. Once the start is done, it's mostly insufferable New Yorkers, to the point where I feel it was intentional. A little Yellow Peril at the end, but again to me they seemed cool and schooling the white people.
