That was my intent with this one but at some point it demanded more attention than I could give it with a tv on 😆

completed puzzle of a fantastical woman riding a polar bear—lots of blues and whites.
took literal months working on this one (I admit to a lack of dedication). finally finished with a little help from my friends but I did notice many parallels between puzzle making and novel writing along the way 😅

“Benevolent spirit, please understand, the Captain was only following orders.”
Some of the shortest pieces I've ever read hit the hardest. Take for instance, "The Non-Denominational Government Exorcist Makes His Rounds" by H. A. Eugene. Or as I like to call it, the literary version of Bruce Lee's One Inch Punch. Check it out on 6/29!
It’s the official publication day for Underwater!!!! Thank you to @wordperv.bsky.social and @riotinyourthroat.bsky.social for making my little-girl-poet dreams come true at 52 and for being the absolute sweetest publisher, sending this gorgeous bouquet to celebrate!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
🎉🎊 Congratulations!!! 🎉🎊
Happy Birthday Lisa!! 💐🎉 thanks for sharing some of its beauty with us
sometimes you’re reading a novel and a set of lines perfectly encapsulates something you have felt and never articulated. my favorite thing about reading.
it’s gorgeous! bet it tastes better than any story 😁
once had a friend tell me she took a book to bar and was disappointed when no man used it as an opportunity to make conversation and I had to break it to her that she is insufficiently online and that this is a trope people are warned to avoid 😂
turns out I just needed something new to procrastinate on to become very efficient in this totally disparate area of my life 🙌

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! 🎉🎊🎊🍾🎂
JAKE wants to read your writing! We think. There's a two percent chance that he said "eat" instead of "read", but we're pretty sure we heard right.

I promise to stop talking about this today (there are obviously far bigger things happening) but I did want to call out that these books are all from small/university presses. In a lit world where it’s really hard to break a collection out, I’m grateful for the attention to small-press books!
I didn’t where I am, but it makes me happy that someone saw it.
that’s an excellent question, don’t think I’ve heard it before either

I recently encountered someone who hadn’t seen Schitt’s Creek and was jealous they got to see it for the first time, so that one if you haven’t seen it! Also: Hacks, Grace and Frankie, A Man on the Inside.
😬😩 at least you caught it before handing them out!
I really want to read more of this story
Aaaa what a gorgeous cover!!! Congratulations @ladiwoods.bsky.social!!! Can’t wait to read!!
probably my most fringe belief.
