She cant sue them as her personal data hasn’t been compromised, but the other patient could. The health trust have to report it to the ICO though as a data breach.

I’m awake with anxiety too! Hope we both get back to sleep soon

Yeah I wouldn’t put it past them either

I’m so glad I live in the UK. We’ve been able to get it legally for a few years now

Oh that’s good to know. I asked for an alternative assessment and they never replied to me.

It’s really frustrated. They seem to think our disabilities can just disappear on days when they aren’t convenient for them 😩

Would it be normal to have two members of staff for online invigilation? If I did it in person it would be in my own room with one staff member 🤷‍♀️

Good point. If I did the exam at Uni I would have my own room with one member of staff, so if they meant online, why say two members of staff 🤷‍♀️

I have reasonable adjustment at work of using the one office car space. A manager has just emailed me to say I can’t use it on wed as she has a box of leaflets to bring in and needs it. She could stop outside for a min, unload and then go and park as normal. I can’t get to work without that space 😡

Agree! That is so dangerous as it is.

Thank you. I queried it and have been made out to be an idiot for even thinking it meant they’d be physically present!

Got shingles on my face from stress and it’s so sore. Want to rip my face off 😭

Thanks. It did seem strange to me but when they said they’d be present, I read it as in my home and present with me. Probably me reading too literally thanks to my autistic brain

If your uni said: ‘You can do your exam at home. Two staff members would be present to ensure no malpractice and to provide safeguards to all concerned.’ Would you think they meant the staff members would be at your home? I did and now I’m being told they clearly meant the staff would be online 🤷‍♀️

A couple of months ago my ME consultant referred me for lots of things to support me. I’ve finished with the dietician now and she was amazing, and today I started my high intensity CBT with an ME in autistic people specialist therapist. I really like her and feel this will really help.

I tried one of those once but kept just turning it off when I wanted to doom scroll. I had no self control 😂

I love how you are introducing them slowly, especially that you’re considering a neutral area. Wish everyone would do this when they introduce new pets to resident animals. Saves unnecessary stress for both owners and pets in the future 🐹

And that the 2 child cap lift won’t help those with transitional protection or not in employment/caring/disabled, as it will just erode TP or still be within the overall benefit cap

I feel for the dogs too. Poor Kilo has had his ears cut off and is going to have a lifetime of health issues just so his owner can look tough out on the street 😢

Universities are a joke. We have to submit our dissertation soon and have exams after Easter that we know nothing about, yet apparently ALL Uni lecturers are off until April 13th, so there is no one we can ask questions to! 😩🤷‍♀️

Giving out inaccurate information isn’t helpful and doesn’t help anyone’s anxiety. Carrie was right to correct you!

Have you found at work that so many landlords have issues s21s in last month? We’ve had so so many clients who have been issued with them. Far more than normal 😢

Apologies. I just assumed it was all part of a normal eye test.

Apologies then. I just assumed it was all part of a normal eye test

Oh I always have it in mine. I wear contact lenses as well as glasses so don’t know if that makes a difference to the eye test I get every 2 years 🤷‍♀️

Did you have the orange dye put in your eyes? That’s how they would see it

Oh so it’s probably not dry eye then as I would have expected them to mention it to you

A normal eye test will spot dry eye.

Also, your work should pay for the optician visit and any treatment, as you work with computers for your job.
