Perfect Earth Day celebration!

I couldn't sleep last night, so at 2:10 a.m. I decided to bake my Grandmother's Applesauce Raisin cake & gathered all the ingredients. It is so delicious.
(I've always wanted a "Kitchen Aide" stand mixer, but just couldn't afford it)
Note: how to turn a hand held mixer into a hands FREE mixer. Lol

It is the 56th anniversary of the environmental movement named "Earth Day". Every day should be Earth First Day. Please leave a very small footprint... plant a pollinator garden, raise some veggies, recycle and buy LESS so our grandchildren can have a non-toxic environment.

Okay, I swear this is my last post with photos tonight! This sweet millipede paid a visit on my kitchen floor this evening.
I offered water which it seemed to enjoy. Then it decided to move, so I gave it permission to climb on a stick to be released outside. They really are a million legged beast.
