Things are not looking good for them, and while it will take *a lot* of money for them both get a new e-bike to go to and from work, *and* make rent... they are aware it's unlikely they'll get enough to cover everything within a month. (e-bikes are NOT cheap, after all)

the cost of public transportation paired with their current pay isn't sustainable, and they're not going to be able to make rent, and to make matters worse, they will likely have to end up moving back with their previous household, which is an abusive one, to say the least.
