I love how everyone plays it just serious enough.

After years of only catching random bits and pieces of it on TV, I watched The Fifth Element on a 4AM whim.

I really loved it. The film’s grungy as hell, but it feels rarely feels cynical. Probably helps that the humor is so, so on point.

The little bit of world building in the that scene is real good. Macross Frontier does a great job with those touches.
