Brattleboro held an Open Town Meeting on Saturday, April 11. It was reported during the meeting that 290 Brattleboro voters had signed in. The final resolution made during the meeting, in support of the Vermont Defend the Guard Act (H.355), passed unanimously. #DefendTheGuard #VTpoli

The United States, The IMF, and Special Drawing Rights A new CEPR report projects that over a hundred thousand US jobs could be saved were the IMF to make a new major allocation of SDRs, like it did in 2021.

The Brattleboro Reformer has reported that the lockout of the bus drivers and monitors has been dropped, and that they are now allowed back to work. Good news for students, families, and the people who drive our young people to and from school! #VTpoli

Update that the lockout has ended. No need to picket — for now, anyway.
