Seems like nearly every crowdfunding project hits a point, a couple weeks in, where the wind stops blowing, and the boat stops moving. That's us right now.
Usually it lasts about a week and then picks back up near the end, but right now it's suuuper quiet out here.
This is my message in a bottle.
We didn't do stretch goals this time around, because the books already had everuthing I wanted in them. They are done, all the art, all the writing, the layout, everything but the printing.
Does having (or not) stretch goals affect your decision to back a project? Do you get excited about them?
I've lost 9 backers (so far) on my project since Dungeon Crawler Carl launched. It's not a lot and we're still doing well, but it's disappointing.
Yes, you always lose a few, but this is the first I've lost so many in such a short period, so it feels like there's a connection, even if there isn't.
A key part of the adventure are these adorably territorial three-eyed goblins called Triglins.
They're super cute (and deadly of course). I think they're awesome. So of course, Raven made minis of them and you can add them to your pledge!

I know I'm late to the party, but I started Dungeon Crawler Carl yesterday. Im about 3 chapters in and it's got some interesting concepts for sure. I assume the cat levels up at some point.
I have yet to find anything D&D simply "can't do" with a sufficiently creative DM and players.
The Carnivorous Cauldron funded in 30 minutes! Two hours in and we're almost at 200%.

I'm about halfway through ACT II of Diable II Resurrected. I've got the Horadric Cube and The Staff of Kings and yes, the Maggot Lair is just as gross and annoying in HD as you might expect.

A few of these aren't out of the oven yet, but they will be this year.
Meanwhile, be sure to ask your FLGS to help you fill in any gaps in your collection.

#2 & #3 are in 2nd printing.
#4 & #5 come out this year.
Rather than more printings of single issues, I'm thinking of an omnibus in 2027 w/ #1-5 + some bonus content.
Orrrr should I do a mega book and include our 5e, MB. and other zines too?
