Deadlock fanart time!!

idk why, but this made me want to see character interactions in that style. Like, crossing blades or somethings like that. Would look sick.
Just go a little faster and I'm sure you'll catch that slippery tail one day, snake!
Similar for me, but it was on a weird online flash game. The best gameplay experience is the one of making a game imo. As a kid you get this glimps of the game dev process and how accessible it might be to you.
Sometimes I go on back on these games, still making maps. It's fun.

do tangled headphone cables count? I know it's hard to draw, but not sure about modeling.
ok i stop.
oh no! now I have to follow someone else!!
A feels more 'heavy', like the energy is currently stored and could burst out any moment.
B feels light and frenetic and actively dangerous
also, B feels more in sync with the spin speedof the top, so idk what that means for readability. Is it easier or harder to read at a glance? 🤷
Now I want the most satisfying sound in existence to play when you complete a shape.
The only audio related software I somewhat know how to use is beepbox.co. So, using the ultraabox.github.io branch, I could import my samples and do all the processing I wanted!
I like how it came out :)
For this project I wanted to improve at audio in general. Almost every sfx in the game is just my heavily edited voice.

oh welp, I tried. gl with that
Then I suppose pings and something like a callout wheel might be really useful for even quicker comms.
This especially helps when you want to connect your signal to many nodes in different scenes. Let me know if this helps with your issue.
I don't like working with autoloads too much, but this seems worth the trade to me. (thinking about dev time)
ok, so I found an alternative that might work for you is to manage this with an event manager autoload. You would only have to bother connecting anything when your node is creates (like _enter_tree or _ready), and then you don't have to play around the editor no more.
I never usually connect using the editor because of that, doing everything through code to get the most out of my resources (which often hold most of the game logic, not sure if that's the best approach, but I like it)
didn't see this message at first, ok, so from the inspector, I see. I'll try to experiment with that, sounds like a good challenge
thx, I was familliar with the godot terminology, not the standard one. Makes more sense now.
So you are trying to connect a signal on a ressource to a function on a node, is that it? (from the inspector specifically?)
hi, I have a hard time understanding the question (programing isn't my main thing), but I feel this is an opportunity for me to learn. What does "call bound" mean here?
It's a bit hard to keep track of where the player character is with a background color this close to its color :/
This is how I discover the existence of the xeno series heardle and I am ashamed at my first score. I know the songs ok, just not the names!!

idc what people say, centering a div will always be the biggest gatekeep to web dev.
This is so based it's on a level of its own.
I love scary fishes
