It originates from my past experiences with action and platform games backtracking and/or playing through a campaign with the same levels just different characters. Overtime you'll get subconscious fatigue thinking, "I already beat this boss or this level".

One thing about Phase Nexus, Cyanser & Raviel will have their own action stages instead of just playing through the same levels as different characters.

Of course a few shared, however this is to not let the experience become stale.
