I don't know much about this Herrnsdorf electric guitar besides the fact thhat it came out of East Germany in the early 1960s. I do know that it's one of the coolest guitars I've seen. It's shaped like an angular lower-case b or a left hand giving a thumbs-up. There are two Rellog Gitona single-coil pickups, and they're controlled by a volume knob, a tone knob, and a 3-way rotary pickup switch. All of the conntrols are in the upper cutaway horn. The guitar also has a Jazzmaster-style trem and a 3/3 split headstock.
