I'm kind of in love with this paper which casually shows that parents are not in the least concerned with children reproducing their advantage and suchlike

Monday Morning Economist wrote a piece covering our recent research on where environmental economists agree on topics like climate change and environmental justice. It's a great overview for anyone curious about what the profession actually thinks.

Thanks for the ideas. I exported to Word Using Adobe. I can check the settings in the future but it did not visually look odd. They asked for the pdfs so I suspect they might have altered the settings to fix. I finally approved the proofs.

First I exported my latex file from pdf to word. It was near perfect but I also sent them the pdf versions of the figures separately.

Tbh, I don't even know how. Confidence intervals in figures are missing lines that connect the upper and lower bound. Lines are drawn thicker in some panels of a figure but not others. Tables are completely misaligned, where variable label names are in wrong place or cells are not populated.

I agree, especially if you know what you are looking for. I have so many coding files now accumulating over 20+ years. It's easier to use AI to remind myself how to do something or improve code I wrote a while ago.
