They do a good job of the "mean girl" character projecting her attitude onto others - in other words, she just imagines that everyone is a petty and manipulative as she is.

He proceeds to explain how they shouldn't go to the place.

He turns around and they are gone.

Comic gold.

Well, I started watching it while in a tornado shelter on campus - but I'll re-watch that now - lmao.

Of all the death scenes - this one is interesting.

The mixed emotions - it's a fitting end to it all.

But like, I thought of the character as more like a cockroach - who cared about survival above most other things and it's actually his virtue (such as it is) that killed him in the end.
