I have a Sony Venice 2 that I describe to people as "basically an IMAX camera" because it natively shoots 8K. Surprised to read that most IMAX films are mastered in 2K, I had no idea.
That said, I haven't been to a "real" IMAX theater in years.

Neat trick. I dumped all of my Ryobi tools because a whole batch of my batteries that were purchased at the same time simultaneously failed, so I suspected Ryobi had time-bombed them (planned obsolescence). Moved to Makita and never looked back.

We Interviewed Rob Reiner for Tooning Out the News a couple years ago. The cast was nervous to improvise comedy with such a legend, but he leaned in to every joke, made everyone comfortable and made everything funnier. May he and Michele rest in peace, and may his family find comfort.
