I guess based on what I know about 3D printing and home building that the idea of 3D printing a house seems like an obvious scam unless the quoted price is much higher than traditional building.

The fact that Jared Kushner derives nearly all his income from the Saudi government while he purports to be negotiating issues of acute interest to the Saudi government allegedly on behalf of the US is simply swept under the rug by US mainstream media.

Sorry to be overly sincere for a second, but here's why we decided to persevere through all of the bullshit and take over InfoWars.

There's just gotta be a line somewhere.

Thank you @pablo.show for letting me talk so openly about this.

Faculty Defect From Texas Publics, Citing Censorship Fed up with the state’s censoring of Plato, Joan of Arc and Romeo and Juliet, humanities professors are leaving Texas public institutions in pursuit of academic freedom.

'Texas A&M philosophy professor Martin Peterson is leaving the university after administrators told him in January that he couldn’t teach Plato’s Symposium in his philosophy class; they said the ancient Greek philosopher’s work violated the system’s restrictions on gender and sexuality content.' 1/3

Over just five days, the justices had decided the issue. Even as they debated the Obama plan’s possible burden on the power industry, in the entire chain of correspondence obtained by The Times, not a single justice, conservative or liberal, mentioned the dangers of a warming planet as one of the possible harms the court should consider.

Trump is suing the IRS for $10 billion. Here’s what that actually means. - CREW | Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington Trump’s $10 billion cash grab from the IRS is an ethical disaster that would likely make him dramatically wealthier.

Hello everybody and welcome back for DAY TWO of our BlueSky song of the day. Things are awful but you can't just keep muttering to yourself.

You have to have hope, dreams, aspirations. You have to remember that it's the journey, not the destination.

So what I'm saying is: Don't Stop Believin'

Mine is that I still prefer reading scientific papers and books printed out rather than on a screen. And I kinda like working math better on paper than my iPad.

First puzzle tournament… did a virtual entry for #acpt to get a feel if I’m ready for the in person one next year. Finished 182/320, and 44/112 in the rookies online. I guess this means I won’t be a rookie next year but I’ll still try my best. Maybe even finish in the top half next year!

Doing Closing Time from 2024 (?) where I figured out the theme with 5 minutes left and it broke my brain has got me trained to try to get the theme as quickly as I can. Now I need to start doing Stumper or Fireball regularly to handle the difficult cluing. I got lucky that I saw it as fast as I did.

Well, I’ve done two practices (2024 and 2025) plus this year’s so maybe I’m on schedule to finish it in 2027 šŸ™ƒ At least I grokked the theme trick quickly this year but still couldn’t finish it. And I’ll definitely say hello!

I couldn’t make it this year, but did the virtual tournament for the first time instead. Totally looking forward to coming to Philly next year! Have to practice with harder puzzles to make some headway on puzzle 5.

We rightly put pressure on Democrats. But never forget Republicans have the power to end this at any time.

Republicans could remove this stupid, reckless, corrupt, murderous pedophile from power *tomorrow* if they wanted.

They chose not to — a betrayal of their oath and duty the American people.
