A “blessing” is not the same as marriage equality, this is not good enough 👎👎👎

Just more reasons to never visit the US again, not just Idaho. I would advise a total boycott of all things US based until they return to being a liberal democracy.
GRA Section 22 protects personal data about a person's gender recognition status. It’s a criminal offence to disclose this info if acquired in an official capacity.
Withdrawing prior consent must be communicated clearly so people or organisations know they must seek your fresh consent every time.
For anyone who’s being asked to leave organisations like Girlguiding or The Women’s Institute due to Trans exclusionary policy changes…
Things to consider:
1- How will they verify sex?
2- How will they implement the policy?
3- Why not leave and start an inclusive organisation? (many will do so).
Step away from the cheese 🧀
Asking for a friend…. What else were you going to do with it other than eating it? 🤔😂
Cheese, definitely cheese 😂
Spring has sprung…!
Never agree to be included in something if your inclusion is on a different basis than everyone else’s inclusion. It needs to be unconditional and equal.

If you’re trans and also wish you were doing more, please remember: you can’t help anyone else unless you help yourself first.
And if you feel all you’re doing is surviving then that alone is a radical act of defiance in a world that is mostly designed to prevent you from doing so.
You are enough.

To disclose or not disclose, that is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of transphobia and discrimination in the workplace, or take arms against a sea of troubles and oppose them.
If you’re an employer and your position on the “yet to be published guidance” is that “you’ll just implement it when it’s published” before you even know what it says, well then everything you do and say must be taken as performative nonsense. Do better.
On 13 Feb the High Court ruled that a blanket exclusion of trans people would be unlawful. Despite this, the Gov still haven’t sent back the exclusionary EHRC Code of Practice. Will you join @genderedintelligence.co.uk & email your MP to ask them to reject the EHRC guidance? gi.eaction.org.uk/EHRC2
Please watch my enlightening interview with leading employment and discrimination barrister, Robin Moira White, which should help to reassure trans people in the UK.
It’s also an essential guide for employers and service providers who wish to be trans-inclusive while staying out of the courtroom.
The High Court today confirms that the EHRC's draft code of practice got the law wrong and must be changed.
Women's and men's toilets can be provided on a trans- inclusive basis for customers and service users.
The one the EHRC, Media, Politicians and Bigots are trying to create 🤷🏻♀️
Washing hands together is actually no different in a workplace setting than washing dishes in an office kitchen 🤷🏻♀️
Everyone’s fully clothed.
Changing rooms and showers should always be individual cubicles, nobody wants to be subjected to communal facilities.
It’s easy, just make all the toilets self contained, fully equipped & accessible cubicles.
You can still have intersex/cis/trans inclusive but separate male and female labeled toilet blocks, which also exclude cis/transgender men from the female block and cis/transgender women from the male block.
I’m wondering if it’s possible to be a service user at the same time as an employee, i.e. in a workplace cafeteria where you’re a customer and a worker simultaneously 🤷🏻♀️
Make sense, it doesn’t… 🤷🏻♀️
Here’s an organisation that has a serious case of “let’s become irrelevant”, that room’s not big enough to contain the fucks I don’t give about their abandonment of “blessing ceremonies” 👇👇👇👎
