Things to consider:

Changing rooms and showers should always be individual cubicles, nobody wants to be subjected to communal facilities.

It’s easy, just make all the toilets self contained, fully equipped & accessible cubicles.

You can still have intersex/cis/trans inclusive but separate male and female labeled toilet blocks, which also exclude cis/transgender men from the female block and cis/transgender women from the male block.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to be a service user at the same time as an employee, i.e. in a workplace cafeteria where you’re a customer and a worker simultaneously 🤷🏻‍♀️
