Merry Christmas to everyone except the cop that pulled me over this morning
Like I've been to 3 CPT events and they all had setup issues. PS5 disconnected my controller at EVO 2023, PCs skipped frames at LCQ, and the PS5s at EVO 2024 lagged not to mention the audio was only clear in one ear with the headsets. It's a crazy problem to have when the stakes are so high.
Can't believe super important SF6 tournaments are still being played on PS5 when it's been clear from the very beginning that it's not an acceptable console for large-scale tournaments.
They dropped a patch right before the majority of CPT qualifiers and now everyone in a WW final has to deal with a game-breaking bug, while some have to deal with big changes to their character (on a "minor" patch). 2/4
That being said, I'm glad his changes are largely inconsequential/QoL. He's been in a good spot and I don't think he needs drastic changes at the moment.
JP Lvl2 change seems weak. You get an additional 700 dmg as a follow up from PC throw but only if you throw right away. Even doing 2LP>throw gives no follow up. Most of the strength in that interaction comes from throwing after they parry a blockstring, but this buff doesn't do anything there. #SF6
