As a follow up this is indeed true. The Fek'ihri Phase Shift Generator, Vorgon, and the We Are Smart set are all unbound now! Hooray!

Yeah I checked last night before our Wiki Event and noticed it had no restrictions. And I do remember the console having restrictions shortly after the Vok'tar became available to everyone with the event.

PSA! Very recently, the Fek'Ihri Phase Shift Generator and Vorgon console set were made unrestricted with Season 35.
