Feds move to 'forcibly take' 7 acres of New Mexico land in border zone Customs and Border Patrol offered to buy the property for close to $800,000 earlier this year, but the state wouldn't make a deal.

New Mexico rebuffed the federal government's offer in March to purchase a 7-acre parcel of state trust land along the southern border. Now, the State Land Office announced Friday, the Trump administration aims to use eminent domain to condemn and seize the tract.

I hope we can fight this. NM so far has fought the regime well.

This seems to be invisible in the news and in Congress, buried under the deluge of other crimes by the administration.
