Hi everyone! It's Mari. I've been struggling for a while without really telling anyone. You might know that I have ARFID and I'm currently not eating much at all. Although have cerebral palsy and I live in a care building, my carers are dismissive and expect me to do most things on my own, which includes preparing food. The issue is I got completely burnt out and stopped being able to prepare even light meals unless under pressure from being uncomfortably hungry. My stress has gotten worse and I can't eat even if I'm starving. I want to stock up on protein shakes and things that won't take me much effort to maintain sustenance, but I'm broke currently... I know it's a pain, but consider sharing to help out? Thank you!
