A really nice haul today from two separate vintage thrift stores, totaling me less than $40. All real stone chips and lovely polished glass.

Never underestimate what you can make with pre-loved jewelry. I look forward to working with these lovely materials!

Yeah, I can definitely feel the obsession consuming my hands.

I experimented with my first threaded necklace. I have only the vaguest idea of what I'm doing but I intend to improve.

I arranged the base pattern on steel string wire first, then wove through it with thread and seed beads BEFORE crimping off the ends. Advice is appreciated!
