It costs the City of Ottawa $465/person each year to serve new low-density homes, over & above what it receives from property taxes/fees.
On the other hand, high-density infill such as apartment buildings pays for itself plus an extra $606/person each year.
Sprawl costs, infill saves. #UrbanTruth

Yup! How I first heard of them.
He literally had a backwards through-the-legs pass to an open man who missed a wide open net earlier in the game.
Outclassed
This was always dumb
Some people gotta eat their words!!
Damn, if we scored on either of those shots salty Leafs fans would have shut up about Marner for a bit. Would have been nice.
For it to be congress it would have to go through the senate as well, with a veto-proof majority to change anything.
They clearly don't count in mississippis in Italy
Tanev, McCabe, Stolarz all through 2030 is a little scary given their ages. All getting decent money.
As someone who has never hated Marner, I can't wait till we're past this game.
Awful idea.
Flinching and giving the bully your lunch money voluntarily doesn't stop the bully from thinking you can be taken advantage of. The opposite.
this is a hard year to watch regularly.
Probably not. I've seen a lot of revisionist history on takes and even more "this is further proof that nothing would have worked".
The latter has always bothered me. Make things worse and point to it as a reason that there was no better.
Leafs are at 36% possession tonight. And second last in NHL this season. Combined with what the power play is doing right now and you absolutely have to look at coaching and systems. The gap should not be this big with Washington.
Had to be.
Atta boy Papi
"Not turning it over as the last guy back" is though?
I don't know, I've always been embarrassed when I do this and I try my hardest not to when last back. I don't think to myself it's a system issue if I turn it over in a compromising position.
I don't disagree with a lot of that, but I just can't put those decisions on why we're here today. There's many scenarios where we're still a great team. There's no reason why we should be in *this* position *this year*.
Sure, but then you can't turn it over clean.
Just like the last Dman back trying a move. The structure is in place, but the quick decisions aren't.
But you recognize that as a player.
If you're last back, if there's no covering a mistake, you can't give up the puck.
We weren't bad during all of those though...we're bad now because of recent decisions.
That's not really how their entry works though. He was coming in with speed when everyone else was basically at the blue line.
Maybe you can argue it's the wrong system, but the play in this structure doesn't have players back.
An umbilical cord
Hahaha different kind of fans I guess. I just try to deal in reality not emotions.
When it doesn't make sense it doesn't make sense.
MM is a selke caliber *playmaker* with 23 assists.
What's the point of this? He's never been a goal scorer.
I'm sure there are some, but the lack of shared experience means one won't establish itself (or will be hard for one to). Comedies in general haven't taken over cultural conversation since the mid 2010s.
Bottoms (2023) might have had that vibe, for example.
Damn, they added 23 years to me. Even with toddler music playing they think I'm 56.
Knies is so close to being a world beater. He's essentially a prototype for the perfect player if he could just put a few things together.
I looked into expanded storage, ended up just hardwiring my console into better internet speeds.
I've found being 20 minutes away from even the largest games is lovely.
3rd straight game scoring on the first shot is a wild stat.
