frat pointing? At the oklou concert?
Posts by the furtive pick me
finally got a three-segment Dudunsparce
file under: posts that really back up that diagnosis I ignore
is adult life just managing other people's emotions all the time?
still haven't gotten the record, by the way, so if there's anyone with kindness in their heart who has a copy of Carly Rae Jepsen's Disco Darling that they'd be willing to sell to me for less than $75 I'd post hole
spent two hours in line and they were sold out of the CRJ record....
hey what's up, I'm gay and gross
I feel like Werner Herzog and Dakota Johnson are spiritually aligned
I feel they'd be into the Kylie version
one sentence horror stories are getting too real
Fiona Dourif has been criminally underappreciated and under-cast for so long that it's been great to see her get the attention she deserves for The Pitt
nope, cuties get a pass on bullying
saw someone saying that Lee Cronin's the Mummy has Lee Cronin's name in the title because it's based on a book written by Lee Cronin ร la Bram Stoker's Dracula and I really wish I'd bullied that person
Mac & cheese paired with Chinese food is inspired, how have I never seen that before?
low quality selfie for attention, since that's the only way I get a crumb of attention on this site
so I dunno, if someone has a momcore show they'd recommend I'm all ears.
I don't really like medical dramas or cop shit (X-Files exception), but most else is fair game.
I remember watching the first season of How to Get Away With Murder when it aired and liking it, tho maybe less so now as a binge
In my quest to find a momcore drama I like as much as The Good Wife I have tried and dropped:
- Ally McBeal (incredibly misogynistic and the lead is insufferable)
- The Good Fight (strong start but the drop in quality is shocking)
- Scandal (circular and redundant plot lines drag it down)
she does *not* believe in downtime
Scandal is kind of exhausting, idk how yall did seven years of this mess
Lisa Kudrow.
A candidate vying for the Democratic nomination for president.
Melora Hardin.
The wife of (yet another) philandering politician.
The X-Men is just...so good
didn't end up explaining that she picked that up somehow from a psychic fight with Astrid Bloom? I hope I remember that correctly bc it's perfectly silly
Ned Dameron. From Robert E. Howard, Kull, Donald M. Grant, 1985. #NedDameron
Lisa Edelstein.
Another TGW crossover guest star -- this time she's a woman involved with an affair scandal with a SCOTUS nominee.
Mageina Tovah.
Admittedly a lesser-known actor, but if Raimi's Spider-Man 2 was formative for you too then you will never forget her as Peter Parker's kind neighbor.
Here she's a dubious source and witness to a spy conspiracy. She's giving plot fodder.
Sam Page.
The Mad Men alum here plays the brother of Eric Mabius. He's a candidate for NC governor who isn't electable bc he's single.
Eric Mabius.
Best know for his roles in the first Resident Evil movie and The L Word. Here he's a federal politician whose brother isn't electable due to his romantic predilections and who enlists Olivia's fixing services.
It seems he has a tough real life in recent years and I wish him the best.
Lane Kim.
Best known for being Lane on Gilmore Girls (a character who deserved SO MUCH BETTER). She also gets screwed over in Scandal, playing a member of the president's office who is shot and killed by an assassin. We only learn who she is when she's dead. RIP, all Lane Kim roles deserve more.
