My husband isn't easily offended, but this kind of thing does it. In a 'fuck you if you think I'm so weak I can't control myself around women in any state' kind of way.
Besides, the bible they're always thumping tells them to gouge their own eye out if their eye causes them to sin.

The housing situation; fair rents, always lots of places available when searching for a an apartment or house to rent, and homes for sale that the average buyer could own.
I was a teen, but my divorced mom was in retail, and w/ two teens at home, could afford rent on a 2 bdrm condo in a good area.
I know I did, but I didn't find it entertaining or memorable at all. It happened to be on HBO while my family had it, otherwise I wouldn't have seen it.

My grandma dictated her life story to my uncle, years before she died. In it, she recounts that her little sister, who was born 1917, died at 18 mos old from diphtheria and measles.
I can't imagine how helpless my great-grandmother felt, watching her baby suffer and die.

That's my favorite album by The Cure. Love their '82 and before work, but their sound change from '83 on was a bit much for me, so there are few songs I like through '87. After that, none. Saw this great show at the SDSU amphitheater when I was 15- so glad I was there:
