The second night of aurora this week from the border of Wyoming and Montana✨
Ah sorry to hear you missed it 😵💫
Magical aurora last night on the Arizona Nevada Utah borders✨
No more lawns or golf courses! No more water park developments be it Jellystone or Zion shores.
Did they though? I was up all night and checking web cams and aurorasaurus. It looks mostly positively oriented and the only folks that saw it or even photographed was for a very short window in North Dakota and maybe one person with photo only in northern Wyoming. Where did you see reports?
I really miss this region. I wish I could go back sooner rather than later.
Yes the username is 😅 for WWII trainers!
Zion shores isn’t even done yet. The guy leading the development talked about their water use (Southern Shores too) recently and that they intend to build more. They all have at least three recreational “lakes” each plus residential pools, and other decorative water features.
Step one: remove golf courses
Step two: ban lawns, pools, and decorative fountains
Step three: close down Jellystone, Southern Shores, and Zion Shores
Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
Lemmon 😆 some day I’ll start proof reading before posting
Comet c/2025 a6 lemmons
I got to see my second comet in a year, comet lemmons is just barely visible in the darkest part of town. I’m glad we had clear skies so I could see it.
One year later✨still amazing that I was able to see these aurora just outside of Page Arizona.
nuorgam 😅
Three girls pointing at the northern lights in Norway in the middle of a road while the aurora is over head.
✨Found a favorite going thru photos from our Lapland northern lights camp roadtrip. Started in Rovaniemi, drove Sweden looking for clear sky, ended up driving the whole coast Bodø to Skibotn, thru Alta to Nourgam, up to Vardø, down to Utsjoki, inari & back to Rovaniemi! We saw aurora most nights✨
Next year will be the 30th celebration! So hopefully you can make it. I heard they are releasing over ten more condors before the end of the year in addition to the 5 for release day.
Had fun at the 29th annual condor release day at Vermillion Cliffs National Monument for public lands day. Was worried the event would be canceled but it all worked out. Only got to see #1254 leave the pen though but look forward to spotting them all in the wild soon.✨🪽
When do tickets go on sale?
Girl with lantern watching the northern lights in Finland reflecting on the lake.
✨One of my favorite photos I took of a friend during our northern lights road trip in Lapland 🇫🇮
They won’t be happy until they’ve mined or paved over ever inch of our public lands and rented the use of it back to us.
Aurora borealis in Troms Norway 🇳🇴
Magical northern lights in Norway on a recent camping trip✨ so sad that I missed last nights amazing show! Hope that you saw it!

Amazing! I hope to join her for your in the near future! I’m down in Anchorage and we were lucky enough to have clear skies for a bit but no aurora 😭
My first aurora of the season en route to Alaska ✨ let’s hope the first of many despite the overcast in Anchorage.
