My son had a friend over to play at our house this weekend and introduced him to the joys of the #Nintendo Entertainment System. The kid originally said, “I want to play Minecraft”, but 1 minute into a game of Rampage he was hooked and they played for 45 minutes!

It’s actually a 2-disc set, but the second disc has identical art. I wish they would have done new art that reflected the bonkers ending in the Fortress of Solitude 😄

I’ve been watching this documentary-series this week because it’s the kind of thing that would have sparked a long conversation with William Bruce West, who would have filled in all the gaps and given me the REAL story 😁

Traded in a bunch of VHS and other vintage collectibles for store credit at a local retro shop and walked away with this radical plush Radioactive Man doll. “Up and Atom!”

Needed a bit of distraction this morning, so I started in on the new Malcolm In The Middle series. Love the 2 new young family members in the cast and the twist at the end of the first episode is INSANE 🤯😆 Give it a watch.

Stopped off at a garage sale on a whim today and made some fun MOTU finds.

I recently discovered Tapeheads on Tubi and instantly fell in love. Not only with the wacky vibe of the film, but especially the soundtrack. Had to own it and have been blasting it on my tape deck for weeks.

My oldest loved Project: Hail Mary, so I picked up a copy of this classic at the thrift store to show him. Can’t wait to see what he thinks.
