Yesterday we sent my mother in law Helen peacefully into God's arms. She was surrounded by the people she loved with chatter and laughter and made that passage with the sounds of our love. So many memories...so much gratitude.

Today we said farewell to my mother in law Helen who passed peacefully from this world into God's loving embrace. Even though we are glad her suffering is over, our heart aches with grief. Thanks to my Enniskillen & Tyrone United Church family for their love.

My mother in law Helen is at the end of her life journey. We are keeping vigil and surrounding her with light and love. Please keep us in your prayers, your light, your thoughts. My wife Sandy is caring for her mom with such tender love. It is touching to watch her.

He was a main organizer forming the Canadian Auto Workers union in 1985 for GM. He was a good friend of former NDP great Ed Broadbent. We will miss you.
