Also I thought there were plans for a bakery?

Off the top of my head, 4th, 9th, Washington, and either Sibley or Wacouta. I’ll let St Paul Hotel have access to their entrance before taking Market. Cedar or Minnesota are next in the list after that.

They are talking like traffic engineers haven't been trying - and failing - to fix traffic congestion for the last 70+ years

It's the wrong question to ask

And a good part of the reason we're in the mess that we're in

When I think of playing WoD, or non-D20 SW, there are a lot of customization choices, but maybe because there isn’t such a hard limit of 20 levels, I don’t feel any pressure (or incentive) to plan ahead. There are cool abilities to strive for, but the games encourage reactive building not proactive

They all feed a particular desire to plan out a build. A lot of other games, even crunchy character build games, don’t reward plotting out full progressions in quite the same way.

Tom doesn’t know that the Socialist Marxist Anarchists formally split from the Marxist Socialist Anarchists at the Third International Congress.

Finding out will make you both want to, and find new ways to be repulsed by, hitting yourself with a hammer.

There are plenty of cities with winters just as bad as ours that manage a decent mode share. We are a metro system away from being Stockholm.

I’ve said it before but the window where the weather is too bad to bike/transit but not also terrible to drive in is fairly small.

Among the best in role. I’d say sorcerer rounds out the top 3 strikers.

What if Guffman didn’t show because he was seeing the folk reunion show after a gig as Spinal Tap’s new drummer

Bad news. That one’s closed too.

You still have a choice, I just made that choice harder and I will continue to make that choice harder as long as I stick around.

If you wanted to go slightly higher power curve you could keep the leveled power swap progression.

For an e6 variant I would probably do 1-10 and call it Heroic+. You could just keep giving more heroic tier feats in lieu of levels after that. There are enough of them that just about any build is going to have something useful for their 10th heroic tier feat.

3 points of Feat bonus. Normally this puts PCs two points behind by 30th level but at that point you can presume they have enough temporary buffs/debuffs to cover that difference basically all the time.

The most straightforward way is to remove all the +1/2 level on the player’s side and then do the same on the monster side. This keeps the success rate the same as without the rule. Otherwise you need to account for 4 points of ability increase, 6 points of enhancement bonus, and

Peggy takes four delegates from the CD4 side. Not sure what the CD2 side wound up with.

SD65 convention is winding down. It was definitely long but props to the team that ran it. The length was mostly due to a big agenda, straddling two CDs, two counties, and a big first timer presence. Glad it wasn’t derailed by a lot of the petty stuff I’ve seen at other conventions.

Yeah, it was going at a pretty good clip. There was just a lot on the agenda and a good number of new people so going fast fights with going fairly and equitably.

Reading the room I expected that order but not those splits. I figured 2nd ballot or a dragged out no endorsement fight. Props to the Gulley campaign. They brought a good convention game.

Safety only by the most selective definition. Increase in average vehicle size has created an arms race where you are safer inside by making those outside (particularly pedestrians) less safe.

Applies internationally, too.
Düsseldorf: Mpls
Cologne: Saint Paul

I imagine there are those who read “but schools” and on some level filled in “are good.”

There are so many programs I use for work where it used to take 30 seconds to click through to the function I wanted that now take 35 seconds because I have to work around a giant prompt for an AI assistant that might save me 5 seconds.

Ah, too bad. It will probably be closed for setup at that point.

Not sure when the Twin Cities trip lands, but the State Fair in or out of season - when it’s open to traffic - would be a worthwhile touch. Also gives you A line or Route 3 bus material.

It’s no surprise some of the most common variant rules are free feats.
