Attended this training for therapists yesterday. An excellent examination of how we therapists deal with our own wounds (trauma) as we help our clients with theirs. Discussion of utilizing disclosure (appropriately and limited) to enhance the therapeutic work.

Though I love the idea of updating the eligibility line I’m terribly concerned about the proposals of having families have to resubmit forms quarterly.

ICE has arrested and detained a Nashville journalist who reported stories critical of ICE. She’s married to a U.S. citizen and has been seeking asylum here after fleeing death threats in Colombia because of her journalism there.

They’ve already sent her to Louisiana.
