During online play, when choosing a track out of the 3 options, if they had an arrow it means that there will be an intermission and most likely you'd play only 1 lap of the track, but choosing random will ALWAYS guarantee a 3 lap track with no intermission...

Hell yeah!! No pain, no gain! But you also need to recover the energy spent!
