If you are using the keyboard, I would recommend using the mouse at the same time.

I'm using a controller so I can sit back and not have to lift my arms because lazy gamer. I'd probably be better aiming with the mouse, but it's casual play so I don't care.

I can tell people "Band-saw accident" or "Chest Burster" depending on which surgical scar we are referring to.
