It tells the time, doesn't fall off my wrist, and is comfortable.. So to answer your question no it is not fancy :)
Got a smart watch that runs off a normal watch battery for a year (yes very limited functionality) and the one I wear normally needs a monthly charge that takes 1-2 hours. I miss too many phone notifications otherwise but also have them heavily filtered to the watch.
I tried removing all the negativity from my life but all the fridge magnets fell off.
