I always thought it was due to English being easier to learn as a foreign language. My mothertongue is Italian, and I studied a bit of French together with English when I was younger, I'd say English was way easier than French (or Italian, or German)

Also: I think the intent is noble, I like it when devs make things easier to use for IT illiterates like me. But for the sake of their sanity, they should keep in mind that "AI" now is a word carrying a lot of weight, kinda like "virus" or "respiratory disease" was during the pandemic.

Yeah, I think they should make it more clear for non-dev people like me, because initially I was also confused and didn't understand exactly what it was for. To be honest, as someone who has tried (and failed miserably) to make a custom feed, I think I might give it a try.
