After that, I use a nail file from the grocery store with 4 different grits to keep the shape and surface smooth across. Uneven nails are absolutely a trigger for me subconsciously biting. Then, I keep my nails short and just put a base/top coat on to preserve them. Color takes too long for me.

Super late, but as a lifelong nail biter, Mavala Stop is what I use when I’ve bitten down to the quick and just need to get that first millimeter to start doing stuff with.

I wasn’t having fun until I understood what we were doing either, which finally was at about 2 hours in. It’s so hard to keep up when it’s hard to hear the DM.

Trained law enforcement… with 47 days of training. They were supposed to have 5 months before the hiring spree began.

When we came back from Japan, I couldn’t sleep normally for several days, which is very rare for me. Not just jetlag, but processing everything that we did in those two and a half weeks… I was too emotional to return to normal life. ;w;

Idk about social media specifically, but for habits in general I make annoying alert reminders on my phone for a consistent time every day until I get so used to doing something, I don’t need the alarm anymore. I don’t like doing that, but hey it usually works.

I’m excited! The new model is so adorable, I know everyone’s gonna love it.
