I have a small, travel sized, slow juicer. I love it. This juice is ginger, turmeric, lemon, golden beet, satsuma, celery, and pomegranate.

My job is physically demanding and my body complains quite a bit about it. Turmeric makes a huge difference.

I'm a #nomad and I live on very little including cosmetics. I do all my own color and until August had cut my own hair from before pandemic. I like to get one good haircut every 1 or 2 years. Here are some products I use especially in dry climates.
