Leana waved to Bellara with her free hand, grinning. "It's so good to meet you! Everything is so beautiful. Are you and Cole having a good time? It's not too much, is it? There's so many people. How is Da'mi?"

Leana stuck out her tongue at Thomas at his look. She knew they couldn't stay - even if it would have been fun. "Two days seems like a good idea, there's so many people. I can't imagine trying to get everything done in just a few hours."
"I can't wait!" Her eyes widened, looking between Spencer and Thomas, "Two days?"
Leana waved at Rhian. "It's good to see you! I'm glad you could make it!" She turned back to Spencer, excitement clear on her face. It was easier for her to ignore the strangers with the excitement of the Fade around her.
Leana trailed behind, eyes excitedly scanning over every detail. The Fade was always a magical place, but they had outdone themselves for the wedding. She turned to Spencer at his question, smiling. "They did! It's beautiful here. Are you excited? When is it starting? Are we meeting anyone else?"
The less Antaam in Treviso, the safer the city will be." She paused then and looked over to Thomas, squeezing his hand before turning back to the group. She nodded to Spencer and Rhian - they had good points, but she wasn't sure Arian was in the headspace to hear them.
Leana listened to Arian and her heart hurt - it was clear he was taking this the hardest, but with nothing to go on, she didn't know what to do. "We're still helping. Everyone is out looking for Ivy and this," she gestured to the Antaam around them, "Is still helping.
She took a deep breath and kept a level head. She would do what she could. She turned at the splash behind her, watching Thomas straighten from where he'd landed in the alleyway. "Did you see anything?"
"We'll find her," she said. It wasn't a question - Leana would do anything she could to help find her and bring her home. The few spirits she'd met here were of no help - all gossiping about Nobles and Crows. It was frustrating in a way she wasn't used to.
It wouldn't be enough to heal the injury completely- only time could do that - but it could help keep it from getting worse. Her heart sank at Rhian's words. Ivy was their friend. And as much as she wanted her back, she could tell Arian was hurting too.
Leana held her staff high as she kept a close eye on the fighting. Arian and Rhian seemed to be moving fine, but Spencer's swings were slower. She pursed her lips and sent a small wave of healing magic his way.
Not like you two though," she said, looking between them, still smiling. "You're both very good people. I like talking to you."
"I'm happy to help if I can," Leana offered to Rhian. "And I'm happy to share any of my stories." She offered her a warm smile that turned into a grin as Arian spoke. "Yes!" she said in an excited whisper. "Just like people! Spirits just want to talk- demons too, but they aren't usually very nice.
"Who might you be?" She asked, standing closer to her brother. She trusted Arian, but it hadn't been that long since the dragon attack, and she was in no rush to see Thomas running head first into danger again.
"My name is Leana, it's a pleasure to meet you." She hoped it would be, at any rate.
Leana recognized that smile, and made a mental note to ask her friend about it later. She hadn’t mentioned him in any of her letters. Maybe they'd just met?
She watched Arian and the new woman curiously. At her offer to Thomas she gripped his hand tighter.
"I can hear them - while I'm awake, I mean. Some are nicer than others, but most are happy to talk once they learn I can hear them on this side of the Fade. Spirits of knowledge are fun, but desire demons have the funniest storries," she giggled, happy to chat about the subject.
Leana nodded to the two of them, finally looking away from the stage. "I'd be happy to," she answered Arian sincerely. "Most people I've met... aren't as fond of spirits. Not without reason I suppose," she finished with a shrug. She nodded to Rhian then, going on to explain,
Leana stuck her tongue out at Thomas before turning back to Arian with a grin.
"That's wonderful! Ivy is performing, right? I haven't seen her in too long. Do you know Ivy well? She stays in Treviso, right? What about Ian? He'll be there too?"
Leana nodded, distracted by the beautiful singing on stage. "Spirits told me about shows like this," she whispered. "But it’s not the same as seeing it myself. It's wonderful."
Leana nodded her head quickly, eyes never leaving the stage. "It's beautiful here," she whispered back. "I'm so excited. Have you ever seen a play before?"
Leana smiled, excited to see the opera house. "Lead the way, please," she said as they walked over together.
"I've never been to an opera house before. Have you? What's it like here? Do you visit often? Is anyone else coming that we might know?"
Leana led the way out of the eluvian hand in hand with Thomas. She was looking around as soon as the magic faded. She smiled when she saw Arian and raised a hand back, waving.
"It's good to see you again. Thank you again for inviting us to come with you."
*smiles and uses her magic to make several, tiny balls of light float near the wisp* For you to play with, if you'd like. You're safe here, I promise
I would love to! What's her name? *holds out a hand for the kitten to sniff*
Attempted something with lighting.

Oh no! Hello little friend. Would you like a hug? *holds a hand out for the wisp with a smile*
Who made these? And how do they know these things?
I’ve had a headcanon that Rook and Lucanis wind up being the sort of “fun aunt and uncle” to Manfred, “load him up with sugar and sent him home to dad”-style. That includes encouraging his little imagination, and letting him pretend to be a rad little Crow when Emmrich isn’t looking 🤣♥️ #dragonage
