With all the amazing commentary on Bad Bunny, I wanted to nod to Brandi Carlile's performance of America the Beautiful. Katharine Lee Bates, a prof at my alma mater, Wellesley, (I lived in Bates hall for 2 years), wrote the poem. Bates lived with her "companion" Katharine Coman for over 40 years.
