Congratulations to JD Vance & the International Council of Nationalists for helping cost Orban the election & providing a road map for defeating our fascists at home.

If a Dem nominee won’t clean house & punish the monsters administrating concentration camps on American soil, they’re a collaborator

Don't taco Tuesday this shit. Millions of people spent the day wondering if they would get vaporized, and no one in our government stood up to him. Nothing cutesy about it.

New polling: Trump is underwater in 135 GOP House and Senate seats New local polling estimates show Trump is unpopular even in deep red districts, as calls for war powers reform and impeachment swirl in DC

NEW: Donald Trump is underwater with registered voters in **135** GOP-held House and Senate seats. His approval is <45% in 44, including 10 senators. Should be a warning for Republicans in Congress weighing electoral cost of Trump's war and crazy tweets.

NOW: B52 bombers are literally in the air on their way to Iran and hundreds of thousands of Iranians are in the streets waving flags and surrounding bridges & power plants.

Difficult to imagine this has any precedent in modern warfare.

Kennedy: "Democrats offered to open up everything but ICE. Ted and I said, 'Ok, let's accept,' then at the same time we'd offer a bill for reconciliation where we don't need any D votes. That way we're out of the shutdown and DHS is back open. Thune submitted that to Trump. He said, 'No. No deals.'"

Congress, Republicans and Democrats together, presented a deal to Trump to end the airport nightmares.

Trump rejected it. He's demanding the SAVE Act be passed as a condition. He's also sending ICE to airports, though it's unclear what exactly they'd be doing.

America. 2026.

(Hell, given the subject matter, you could argue that “K-Pop Demon Hunters is also horror, albeit for kids. I mean, it’s a cartoon about battling soul-sucking demons!)

The only better year was 1991, when “The Silence of the Lambs” swept all the major categories. Considering the genre helps keep the movie industry afloat, especially in recent years, it was high time it got some major awards love. (2/2)

I am *supremely* disappointed that “Sinners” didn’t win Best Picture, which it very much deserved. It is easily my favorite movie of this decade so far. Still, this was one of the best Oscars ever for the horror genre. 4 statues for “Sinners,” 3 for “Frankenstein,” and 1 for “Weapons.” (1/2)

So well deserved.

kind of crazy that if you have enough money and don't like what you see in the media, you can just buy up every film studio, news station, and social media app and change it

Republicans have caused total chaos in Dallas County. It's instructive.

Whether or not Trump attempts some sort of executive order to nationalize election administration, Republicans have an endless number of paths to create absolute mayhem in November.

I'm sorry, if you're going to make a big show about how you've got a Department of WAR helmed by a Secretary of WAR and staffed by WARfighters, it's totally inane to then claim that your massive bombing of a foreign country constitutes something other than a war.

We've renamed the DOD the Department of War. Our troops are Warfighters. No of course we're not "at war" you dumb lib

Fox host says he supports America committing war crimes: "I don't care about Iranian cultural sites"

Hegseth has a long history of not only calling for war with Iran, but for thirsting over destroying cultural heritage sites.

He sees the US military as a flaming sword for Jesus…and now he’s in charge of it.

that top DOD officials spent the entire day feuding with a tech company and the boy scouts before launching a war in the middle of the night should probably inform your opinion about how well planned and executed this will be

It’s worth emphasizing that the Supreme Court has propped up this presidential lawlessness.

When Congress enacted limits on presidential power in 1973, it included an enforcement provision. If the president said there’s an “emergency from attack” and Congress disagreed, it could order troops home.

In case you’re just waking up, the U.S. has teamed up with Israel overnight to start an illegal war of regime change, apparently on a presidential whim with no involvement of Congress, and they are already committing horrific atrocities.

In Rep. Tony Gonzales, Republicans have a sexual predator in their midst who relentlessly pursued a married staffer which ultimately resulted in her suicide, and they refuse to do anything about it because they need his vote.

That is the 2026 Republican Party.

It's not a new observation at this point but that wild Noem/Lewandowski story in WSJ really brings home the extent to which all the Trump 2 cabinet-level goblins see their jobs as flying private, doing short-form video, and screaming at underlings. They all hate each other and none of them can read.

In govts around the world, people in the Epstein files are resigning in disgrace.

In private business, executives in the files are resigning in disgrace.

In the Trump admin, nothing happens since the boss is in the files more than anyone and his party is filled with cowards.
