How do we rank journals so that publishers can prioritise their portfolio? Oversight tracks 100% of journals and 100% of research articles, so we need sophisticated methods to rank them all. clearskiesadam.medium.com/oversight-in...

Brought to you by the Foundation Compositio Mathematica, Moduli is published in collaboration with the @londmathsoc.bsky.social and @cambridgeup.bsky.social.
Moduli's scope includes (but is not restricted to) techniques from: algebraic, differential and arithmetic geometry; combinatorics; dynamical systems; gauge theory; geometric analysis; geometric group theory; pure mathematics inspired by physics; representation theory; and topology.
It's great to see the first articles published in Moduli.
Moduli is a new open-access journal and provides a forum for significant new results on all aspects of moduli theory or related mathematics.
A new member of the London Mathematical Society signs the Members' Book.
One of the lovely traditions of the @londmathsoc.bsky.social is when new members get to sign the Members' Book, which dates back to 1865 when the Society was founded.
The Members' Book includes the signatures of James Clerk Maxwell, Henri Poincaré and Mary Cartwright.
The 2024 Mary Cartwright Lecture, with Bethany Marsh and Francesca Fedele (@universityofleeds.bsky.social) is now underway.
The lecture aims to celebrate the achievements of distinguished women mathematicians.
Registration is still open so join us if you can ➡️ www.lms.ac.uk/events/mary-...
