Exhausted, grieving, raging. But that week in Berlin was splendid. I felt the love, fell in love, and existed amongst edge players who had my back politically.

How to stay alive.

I started cross training to round my other athletic disciplines. I didn't think I could lift my bodyweight, and on my first day I managed a clean 70kg deadlift (1.3x BW).

Couldn't be more grateful for where I'm at and what this tiny body can do ❤️
