I'll just lie here and stare at the ceiling until my cat gets annoyed and eats me. Problem solved.
Literally my only goal for today is to not crash and spiral into a depression pit so deep and vast i never return.
So far I'm not even out of bed and my brain is telling me to have my limbs ripped off, which isn't a great start.
Can i turn it around? Probably not, but you never know...
