and it keeps the game truly alive. I don’t think people really think about that when they go to hate on HDive, they just see people doing something different and assume the worst. So long as there is an intention behind your playstyle, then I think its valid, regardless of what the playstyle is :0

Anyone has the freedom to pick and choose how they play the game. Just because someone else is playing for a different win-com than you doesn’t make them dumb or stupid, it just means that they are different. Having these differing views on the game is how great discussion is born…

Most people value the consistency from playing at a slower pace but don’t take the time to appreciate what HDive for what it is. It’s not about playing for consistency, it’s about playing as fast as a team can. If that doesn’t appeal to you, then that’s ok!

Though, to HDive’s credit, the playstyle is inherently playing for the biggest reward possible out of extreme risk. That inherent risk makes the playstyle super volatile. I think that volatility is a big reason why people dunk on it so hard all the time

Big agree, while I love what HDive has done for my improvement at the game, I don’t think going at such a speed is reasonable for my own gameplay. Don’t get me wrong, I love running it down, but slowing down for a sec to give my team a chance to capitalize off my push is more consistent for me

Aggro decav feels way harder to get value out of for me rn so swapping off it to Stamper has felt a lot better. With all the AOE in the meta, having that extra bit of range helps me even the playing field
