Hey folks, I've added Mouse: P.I. For Hire to my Steam curator page with a very enthusiastic thumbs up! I had been eagerly looking forward to this game, and it did not disappoint! I couldn't wait to give it my recommendation, because it's been a thorough delight so far and I can't wait to play more!

I was very captivated by the idea of this game, because while a lot of "what if children's thing, BUT EDGY!" felt cynical and low effort cash grab (you know the kind I mean), Mouse is the rare example that sincerely feels like it really commits to the bit, tying the artstyle into the setting.

Anyone arguing that some flavor of AI literacy will protect women from AI deep fake porn is at best unserious and at worst desperate to protect their automated goon generator. This is prima facie not a literacy problem.

Like, AI literacy in any form will not protect black and disabled folks from the algorithmic bias, and the violence that emerges from it, of spicy autocomplete. Full stop. No amount of AI literacy can protect us in the deployment of the system because it is tracking the wrong problem.
