New video review is up on the Youtube channel, featuring this set of paints and sketchbook from Arrtx! It had been a while since my last page featuring a character and their equipment and this was a lot of fun to draw and paint 😊

Yup. I had a VHS tape of the first three episodes of Escaflowne and it cost me $30+ way back then. And it was either dubbed OR original audio with subs. And mind you, Escaflowne is a 26 episodes series, so that's 8-9 tapes, so around 300$ for the whole series if one wants to "own" the whole thing.

New painting! I'm trying to improve various skills and this is the first piece I've done with that in mind. It took about 3 hours to draw and paint. It's my Mythic Bastionland vulture knight, Mordred. Apologies for the white balance being all over the place (even with me trying to fix it).

I know, the multi-pens are still around. This one though, the ink "tubes" of the pen are not even in the slots on the pen. It's total rubbish 🤣

The pen on the right makes no sense the way it is drawn here. Which, I guess, tracks.

Very happy to have finally set this up somewhat, even if it means having to play another round of house Tetris in hard mode 😅
