"Nuptial Rites". The illustration shows a wedding ceremony. There's a woman in the left side of the image. She wear a headpiece decorated with flowers and holds a large egg in her arms. There are stairs leading to an elevated stage with musicians playing lute on both sides of the stage. There's a skeleton in a festive clothes riding a white horse in the center of the image. There are festive robes behind them. The room is decorated with tiles and there are two roosters in front of the stage. There are some poppy flowers in the foreground. The artwork is colorful with much red, blue and beige.

"Angel's Whisper". The image shows a room decorated with tiles and murals with a pool in the foreground. There's a queen sitting in on the throne in the center of the image. There's an angel standing next to her closely. There are two white peacocks in the room and two swans swimming in the pool. The artwork is mostly grey-blue.

"The Dressing Room". The illustration shows a woman with long black hair sitting in front of the mirror. There are people behind her holding and brushing her hair. There are flowers around the woman and behind the wall in the middle ground. There's a statue of a man on the right and some flowers and herons near it. There are broken plates and vases in the foreground. There are eggs in some plates. In the background there are buildings that connect to each other. The artwork is mostly pastel with pinks, blues, turquoise and purples.

"Sojourn". This artwork is inspired by "Picnic at Hanging Rock". The artwork shows a ruin with young women sitting and standing around it. There are two teachers among them. They are skeletons. One is holding a chihuahua and another one is reading a book. The young women participate in different activities such as reading books, drawing, sharing secrets with each other, playing flute and admiring the surroundings. There are two dogs in the foreground and a bird that one of the characters is drawing. There are trees in the background and some rock formations. Two young women are walking towards the rocks. The artwork is mostly green and brown with some white and light blue accents.

Finally… all the gear is ready, and the time to capture a splat has dropped from 3 - 4 hours to just 20 minutes! 🥳
This is the game changer I've been working towards! Now the limit is the speed of the rail. The Z8 is not even close to maxed out.

This turns out harder than expected.. another failed UVIVF Gaussian splat (third).. at least a decent photo, but the UV light dimmed once they got too hot, I need to swap more often.

Yes.. Kind of. You need to focus stack each perspective, which makes it a little tricky and takes longer. The centipede took around 3h to shoot all ca. 2000 photos.

I'm always looking for macro subjects, to capture, your zines could look cool. If you send me some I can capture it, so we can view it interactively from all sides. I may or may not add an insect.. or do some other creative thing. Just an experiment. 😊

That uncomfortable moment where I hope the common name “Bloodworm”
Has nothing to do with it extracting my blood. Seen yesterday on a zero tide. #polychaete #bloodworm #tidepooling

If I look at the splats mask, I can see floaters better. Sometimes a leg may be quite fuzzy, then it's too much to clean up, I leave it, as it would change the result too much.

I'm mostly erasing dust particles on the insect.. and some hairs. There usually aren't many floaters, none in this excerpt.
