Haven't been posting here for a long time. Anyone still taking interest in plastic scale modelling? This is my recently finished Finnish Leopard 2. It's the old 1/35 Esci kit.

I have to do a bit of catching up here on BS as my last post is many weeks old. In the meantime I have finished among other projects this conversion of the old Tamiya 1/35 German Horch into a Finnish workshop truck. Heavy mud weathering was true fun.
Cheers Badger, clearly one of my favorite builds ever π»
If you haven't had enough of my endless variations of the same 1/35 desert plate you probably might enjoy this one. It's the German SdKfz. 231 (Historic kit) this time meeting a British Rolls-Royce AC (old Roden kit).
I see a lot of talent and joyful modelling here! Please follow!
Sure thing buddy! π» IMHO there is no such thing as a mediocre build. All I see around the net are lovely kit projects which are done with joy and best individual knowledge and skill.
Another tank project to my heart's delight. Please follow our Finnish friend! π
Looking more than perfect to me Mr B! πGreat work!
Good choice mate a couple of years ago I incorporated the same ruin from a Bolt Action starter set into a small dio.
Jasper is doing a tremendous scratch conversion work with this MΓΆbelwagen! π
I have another one of these pairing the newly finished SdKfz 231 with its 8-wheeled successor the SdKfz 232, which I built a couple of years ago.
This is what I call an awesome show of force!
Another great modeller and miniature's artist has joined us. Please follow!
You saw this one coming, haven't you? Many new possibilities now for staging a couple of Western Desert scenes with my newly finished SdKfz. 231. Like this one pairing up with Tamiya's classic SdKfz. 222.
Correction, yes there is I just checked my insta account, on all my 1/56 Bolt Action tanks I used the kit decals. π§
π Well, this is a way to put it, my friend. Indeed I can't remember a tank/soft skin kit in recent years of which I have used the kit decals. π
Yessir, old Tamiya decal sheet, I've always been looking for a project to put them on! π π»
Cheers Chris, how kind of you, some dio pics are in preparation! ππ»
Today I finished weathering my 1/35 Historic kit SdKfz 231. Heavy pigment use because it's representing a - what if - Afrikakorps scout car in 1941. π
π Cheers Badger, how true looking at myself! π»
Back in the 90s I was immensely proud of this 'Desert Storm' light tank conversion (ab)using Italeri's venerable 38(t) kit. In the meantime today I have to confess that modelling and weathering wise it hasn't aged too well ... π
Cheers Dude, exactly my feeling, it's like a class reunion over here with many great friends! Very happy following you! π»
Take a look at Steve's magnificent Mirage! (and follow) π
Another better view of my - I have to admit totally fictitious π - 1/35 Finnish Strv m/41 S-III with the long 50mm gun.
Cheers Badger, your constantly kind support means a lot to me. π»
C heers Chris, this is so kind of you! π»
Cheers Roy, truly kind of you, more pics to follow π»
Happy to show my latest finished 1/35 project, an
Italeri kit conversion. It's the experimental Swedish Strv m/41 S-III with the long 50mm gun which was extensively tested by the Finnish army after 1945. Project was soon abandoned as Soviet T-54/55 became available.
Cheers John, so kind of you! π» It was mighty fun building it!
