I’ve just wrapped up my tough week!
I had two presentations in conferences, first was in Seoul and then in Birmingham.
It was very challenging for me but I definitely gained more than I invested in the preparation.
The last time I came to UK was in 2014 and, though I heard from my friends that its system environment was definitely changing after Covid 19, I cannot help but am surprised at its alteration from what I knew more than ten years ago.
The most astonishing was we don’t have to buy the oyster card.
I’m now joining the conference of Katherine Mansfield society at the U of Birmingham. The town is really fascinating as there are Palestine flags per 10 meters on the main road. I feel relieved seeing that sight.

Pope Francis died at 88, the Vatican announced Monday, ending a pontificate that sought to reshape the Roman Catholic Church into a more inclusive institution. Cardinals will now decide whether to continue his approach or restore more doctrinaire leadership.
